Namdar Kashanian
Namdar Kashanian was first recognized for his acting on the theatre stages of Washington DC where he was favored by audiences and reviewers alike. He was recently featured in (Corona) Viral Monologues, a film by Claire Chubbuck awarded Best Feature Experimental at Cult Movies International Film Festival and Best Artistic Film at Atlanta Award-Qualifying Film Festival. Namdar can be seen at Los Angeles comedy venues working out his new comedy act Typewriter, wherein he discusses relationships, immigration, and technology. Namdar has been performing his instrumental Psychedelic Setar Experience shows in Los Angeles to growing audiences. His 35mm photography project Venus featuring haunting portraits of performing actors is creating buzz among independent photography galleries.
